How I Started Fitness.

I started training because I loved it. And because it changed me. Working out built my confidence. It made me feel good in my body and sharp in my mind. Over time it became more than physical. It became my meditation, my discipline, my self-care.

It taught me how to take care of myself, how to eat, how to respect who I am. That's the foundation everything else is built on. When you move better, you feel better. When you feel better, you show up better.

I built G Hawk Fit to bring that same shift to everyday people.
