Training Library Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the next billing cycle. Past billing periods are non-refundable.
1:1 & Travel Sessions
Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may be billed in full.
Coaching & Custom Programs
Refunds for unused portions of multi-session packages are reviewed case by case. Contact the team to start a request.
